Vision

To ensure that quality services are easily accessible to the people of the Grama Panchayat.

Mission

The Grama Panchayat Committee shall ensure the quality objectives required to meet service needs at all relevant operational levels of the Grama Panchayat. These quality objectives shall be measurable, monitored, communicated to all concerned, and supportive of the quality policy of Venkidangu Grama Panchayat. The quality objectives shall also be updated whenever necessary.

  • Achieve 100% tax collection during the financial year 2026–27.
  • Ensure 100% tax collection in the financial year 2026–27.
  • Utilize 100% of the plan fund allocation.
  • Improve physical infrastructure in Venkidangu Grama Panchayat by installing a generator system.
  • Ensure that all Panchayat services are made available online to the public from home by March 2026.
  • Resolve all audit objections in a timely manner.
  • Issue birth certificates, death certificates, and marriage certificates on the same day or within a maximum of 3 working days.
  • Submit the Annual Financial Statement (AFS) by May 15.
  • Review the Citizen Survey Report and improve the infrastructure and services demanded by the public.
  • Ensure welfare pensions are distributed to all eligible beneficiaries without complaints and prevent ineligible persons from receiving pensions.
